Folk & Food in the streets of Cerbère

On the sunday 18 may took place a folk evening with the inhabitants of Cerbère

Instead of large theoretical explanations to the inhabitants to Cerbère we decided to have a folk open stage evening with very good vegan food.

The inhabitants could taste the delicious food cooked by Cyrille, all brought by hand trailers with a very beautiful presentation. This was a demonstration that food even vegan can be very delicious even for people that are not necessarily used to this type of food.

This was the occasion of talk informally of the questions around degrowth in relation to many social problems that the village and the region encounters

Several musicians from the village joined as well as dancers and we had a very convivial evening of teaching french folk dances with the whole village.

This was a good example of non material non-utilitarist evening!
