I'm about to write my bachelor thesis on case study of a similar local food saving innitiative and also want to link it to the overall problem of resource use and carbon emissions of wasted food -

Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend the discussion of this paper at the conference - but as I found very limited literature on that specific topic it would be very intersting to read your whole conference paper, to hear abou your methods and findings in heidelberg - would that be possible?
